Clash of Cards: Call Break

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 4 August 2026  ·  Developer and publisher: Aman Mann

This Privacy Policy explains how Clash of Cards: Call Break (the “Game”, “Clash of Cards”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you install, access, or play the Game.

Important: Clash of Cards is an online multiplayer game. Some gameplay and technical information must be sent to our servers so that matchmaking, private rooms, results, progression, rewards, security, and player support can work.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate, protect, improve, and support the Game.

Information you provide

Gameplay and account data

Technical and network information

We do not ask you to provide your phone number, contacts, precise GPS location, government identification, payment-card details, or a photograph of yourself to create the current guest profile.

2. How we use information

PurposeExamples
Provide the GameCreate and maintain a guest profile, connect players, run matches, private rooms, bots, leaderboards, rewards, progression, and unlocks.
Maintain fair playValidate moves, detect suspicious behaviour, prevent reward abuse, enforce game rules, and resolve disputed or failed matches.
Reliability and improvementDiagnose connection failures, crashes, server errors, performance problems, and balancing issues.
SupportRespond to questions, restore eligible rewards, investigate reports, and process access, correction, or deletion requests.
AdvertisingShow optional rewarded ads when this feature is enabled and verify whether a reward should be granted.
Legal and safetyProtect players, our services, and our rights; comply with lawful requests; and investigate misuse or security incidents.

3. Multiplayer visibility and player content

Your display name, avatar, gameplay actions, rank, and certain progression or match information may be visible to opponents, players in a private room, or leaderboard participants.

Do not use your real full name, phone number, email address, home address, or other sensitive information as your display name. Room codes should be shared only with people you intend to invite.

The current communication system is intended to use preset reactions, emojis, and prerecorded voice lines. These are game assets, not recordings of your voice. The current Game is not intended to access your microphone or record live audio. If live voice communication is introduced later, we will provide an appropriate in-app disclosure and update this Policy.

4. Advertising

When rewarded advertising is enabled in the version you use, you may choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as match tickets or another disclosed reward.

An advertising provider, such as Google AdMob or another provider identified in the Game, may process information such as an advertising identifier, IP address, general device information, approximate location inferred from IP, ad impressions, ad interactions, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals. The provider processes this information under its own privacy terms and settings.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not require you to watch an optional rewarded ad unless the Game clearly explains the related optional reward or feature.

5. Analytics and crash reporting

The current planned release does not rely on Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. We may still use limited first-party server logs and operational metrics to run multiplayer services, diagnose errors, measure aggregate game performance, and protect the Game.

If a future version adds a third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK, this Policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated to reflect that provider and its data practices.

6. Purchases and virtual items

The current release is designed around virtual coins, rewards, and unlockable game items and does not currently require real-money in-app purchases. If Google Play Billing or another payment method is added later, payment processing will be handled by the relevant store or payment provider. We would not receive your full payment-card number, and this Policy would be updated as needed.

Virtual balances, rewards, and unlocks are gameplay records and may be stored on our servers to prevent loss, duplication, or fraud.

7. When information is shared

We may disclose limited information only in the following circumstances:

We do not sell or rent player information to data brokers.

8. Permissions

The Game requires internet access for online play. The current release is not intended to request access to contacts, SMS, call logs, precise location, camera, microphone, or broad photo and file storage for its core gameplay.

If an optional feature later needs an Android permission, the Game will request it at the relevant time and explain why it is needed. You can manage app permissions through Android settings.

9. Data storage, security, and international processing

Online game data may be processed on servers operated by us or our hosting and infrastructure providers. Depending on server and provider locations, information may be processed outside your state, province, or country.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the Game, including encrypted network connections where supported, restricted operational access, and safeguards intended to reduce unauthorised access, alteration, loss, or misuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Retention and deletion

Guest profile and progression information is retained while needed to provide the Game and preserve your online progress. Match, security, reward, and technical records may be retained for a limited period where reasonably necessary for fair play, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backups, legal obligations, or service security.

You may request deletion of your server-side player data by emailing chaudhary.aman.mann@gmail.com with the subject “Clash of Cards Data Deletion”. Include your player ID and display name so we can identify the correct profile. We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent unauthorised deletion.

After a valid deletion request is completed, the profile and associated data will be deleted or anonymised unless specific information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons. Data may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten in the ordinary course.

Uninstalling the Game removes local app data from your device but may not automatically delete server-side multiplayer data. Clearing app data may also remove the local identifier needed to locate a guest profile, so save your player ID before clearing data when possible.

11. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with you. You may also be able to limit personalised advertising through your Android or Google advertising settings and any consent controls shown by the advertising provider.

To make a privacy request, contact us using the details below. We may need enough information to verify the request and locate the relevant guest profile.

12. Children's privacy

Clash of Cards is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to provide personal contact information. Players should avoid placing personal information in display names or support messages.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Age requirements may vary by country, and users should comply with the minimum age required by applicable law and the platform.

13. Website and infrastructure providers

This privacy page and parts of the Game's network infrastructure may use Cloudflare or other hosting, content-delivery, and security services. Those providers may process limited technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver, secure, and operate their services under their own privacy policies.

This website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or client-side analytics scripts unless stated otherwise in an updated version of this Policy.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Game, its SDKs, multiplayer systems, advertising, sign-in methods, purchases, law, or operational practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the Game where appropriate.

The privacy disclosures in this Policy and the Game's Google Play Data safety section should be kept consistent with the features and SDKs included in the released build.
